The Accelerator a large fusion coil device that was built by humanity on The Moon during the Golden Age. Its purpose was to fire cargo at high velocity to other outreaches of the Human Colonial Empire in the Sol System from the surface of the Moon, where other outposts on other planets could collect the materials delivered. Since the Collapse is has fallen into a state of disuse.[1]
